Zula on Patrol in Your Store and U.S. Science Centers

Scientific Explorer is proud to introduce fun science products developed by the creators of PBS’ hit show, “The Zula Patrol.” Geared for children in pre-kindergarten through second grade, The Zula Patrol is sweeping the nation – literally. In addition to the show that is seen on PBS stations in 48 states, the Zula Patrol comes alive through a traveling exhibit that includes its characters, planetarium exhibit and hands-on science activities. The Zula Patrol’s content is based on the National Association for the Education of Young
Children Curriculum Criteria (pre-K) and the National Science Education Standards (K-4).

• The Zula Patrol Galaxy Explorer Kit
Kids will witness a comet shower, explore the moon and create and register their own
constellation. The Zula Patrol will help children learn about the galaxy with their own
telescope and field journal.

• The Zula Patrol Astronaut Training Kit
Children will learn to live, train and eat like an astronaut. This kit includes everything needed to design a rocket and make it fly.

• The Zula Patrol Backyard Explorer Kit
This kit puts kids’ backyards under a Zula microscope. Activities include constructing a
sundial and worm hotel and making rocks.
